  • We are open Tuesday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday 10 am - 2 pm.

  • Yes! We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance and your next service before leaving our clinic. Our appointments fill up fast and we have limited walk-in appointment availability. Our dedicated staff will be happy to assist you with this.

  • During each appointment we will discuss or review your goals and desired outcomes. We’ll suggest treatment plans that can be customized to your esthetic and well goals as well as your financial abilities.

  • Yes! We send appointment reminders via email/text one day prior to your appointment. If you choose to opt out of our reminder system or if our system is down, you are still responsible for arriving at your appointment timely.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete the initial paperwork.

  • We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure we have ample time to review your overall health, your esthetic goals, and to provide your full treatment in a relaxed setting.

  • We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We request that cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

    Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time of our staff and to ensure the highest level of service for all of our valued clients. After three no-shows, we may decide to terminate our relationship with you.

    In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and we will do our best to get your appointment rescheduled in a timely manner.

  • Yes, when administered by licensed and certified providers, these treatments are considered very safe! Our staff is highly experienced and follows strict safety protocols to ensure your well-being and safety.

  • Absolutely! Our staff will customize a treatment plan based on your unique needs and goals. Combining treatments can provide comprehensive rejuvenation and enhance your overall esthetic results.

  • Yes, Alma Esthetics offers specific treatments for younger clients. We perform laser hair removal for clients aged 16 and older. For younger skin needs, we provide custom facials for pre-teens aged 11-13 and teen facials for ages 14-18. Please note that all clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide consent and be present during the treatment.

  • Please inform our staff about any allergies or sensitivities to food, medications, aromas or ingredients when you arrive for your appointment. This information will help us customize your experience to suit your specific needs.

  • Your safety and wellbeing are of utmost importance to us. Please inform us of any medical conditions or changes in your overall health including pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy, injuries, elevated blood pressure, sun/tanning bed exposure, recent illnesses, or disabilities. Our staff will review these and customize your treatment as needed. Some treatments may need to be paused or rescheduled for your safety.

  • If you have had ANY vaccine or major dental treatment within two weeks prior to your appointment or you are scheduled to get vaccines or major dental work within two weeks after your appointment, you will be rescheduled. This is because of the body’s natural immune response to vaccines and dental work that will interfere with the treatments you receive at the spa.

  • At Alma Esthetics, we strive to deliver excellent results, but medical esthetics isn’t an exact science, and outcomes can vary. While we’ll always do our best, additional treatments or addressing complications may sometimes be needed and may involve additional costs. It’s important to attend any follow-up appointments so we can address any concerns. Not informing Alma Esthetics of potential complications or skipping follow-up appointments dissolves Alma Esthetics of responsibility for any issues.

Client Responsibility

  • We believe in flexibility and convenience when it comes to payments and therefore we accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and gift cards. Please note that full payment is required at the time of each treatment. 


    We also recommend all our patients also create an account with our trusted vendors, such as Alle, to get additional discounts and rewards! Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@almaesthetics) and Facebook (Alma Esthetics), where we frequently share rewards, discounts, and giveaways.

  • Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used toward any service or product offered at Alma Esthetics! We are unable to issue reimbursements for lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards expire after five (5) years.

  • All series or package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 18 months of purchase or they will expire. If you’re not sure if you’ll be able to attend all appointments in your package within the 18-month timeframe, we suggest purchasing a gift card in the amount of the package instead.

  • All sales, including services and products, are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. This is non-negotiable. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, even if you are disappointed with the result or outcome. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.

  • Memberships at Alma Esthetics are a one-year contract designed to provide consistent care and great value for our clients. If you choose to cancel your membership, we require a one-month written notice. After cancellation, you will be charged for one final month and can continue receiving services during that time. If you cancel before completing the first year of your membership, a $250 early cancellation fee will apply in addition to the final month’s fee. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our members.

  • At Alma Esthetics, we are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We expect clients to treat our team and other guests with kindness and professionalism. Bullying, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Alma Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive. By maintaining this standard, we ensure a positive experience for everyone in our spa.
